How long does it take for me to receive my order

Due to our highly efficient order processing methods, most domestic orders are shipped within few working days.Details as follows:

PS. For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, shipping may take more than 1 month due to transport and customs issues.

When will my order ship?

Shipping is submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page . We will ship your order shortly after payment is successfully received and order confirmed.  All pricings are quoted in USD

Does your international shipping quotes include customs/duty/import taxes?

For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier.  Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate unfortunately.  Please check with your country’s customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

How do I track my order?

You will get a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email once the order has been shipped.

My order says delivered, but I don’t have it?

Some possible things that could have happened.

– They didn’t scan it correctly and it will show up the next day.

– The carrier could have left it at a neighbors house by accident or a front desk if you live in an apartment. Please check.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Why can not ship to my Country? can ship the goods to almost any country. But there always has some exception. now temporarily unable to ship to India, North Korea and other countries. If you want to know if we ship to your country or not, please go to the checkout page to learn more.

About Processing

The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 – 72 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
