We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other Credit Cards in association with PayPal (www.paypal.com). PayPal is a global secure online payment system. PayPal is free for buyers and you can fund your account directly with your major credit cards or from your bank accounts. C.O.D. payments are not accepted. 

Also you can pay with bank wire transfers or direct deposit into our EU bank account. We also accept payments by cashier checks and money orders. We don’t accept payments by personal checks! PayPal payments will be shipped to the billing address only! .

Every product price on the iCustomStore website is subject to change at any time and without notice. The reason for said price alteration can vary and  iCustomStore will generally inform its customers of said reason. If a customer reserves an item or product and the price changes after the customer has completed payment in full, the customer is charged the lower of the two prices. If the altered price is lower than the price at which the customer was previously quoted and charged, the customer will receive a discount and/or refund equivalent to the difference between the changed and unchanged price.

All orders are shipped from our stocks . We generally ship all packages with UPS/DPD/DHL, the largest logistic companies in the world! That’s the best and cheapest solution for all buyers. Shipping is calculated upon checkout and is based on your Country. The regular delivery time for ground mail delivery is 5-19 days for the air mail delivery from Germany to North-America/Japan. All goods remain property of iCustomStore until payment is made.
All packages are registered and insured. For international orders, we do not charge export fees or taxes. All import duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Check with your custom office before you order an item from us.
 iCustomStore will process all orders in a time fashion, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated if any problems arise. We can ship our products between Monday and Friday only. If a holiday is inside the time then we ship out the product as soon as possible as we can do.

Shipping damages:
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the parcel is in good condition, open it immediately and check hidden damages.
If damages are found, please notify your local delivery company and  iCustomStore immediately. We must notified within 12 hours.

Refused or return shipments:
Refused or undelivered shipments are not grounds for a refund! The shipment, if returned, will be held until we received the same shipping and handling fees to cover re-shipping! (within 14 days). If not, we subject a 50% restocking fee of the part price! Please use an shipping address where someone will be available to accept shipment to minimize problems. For PayPal user: please make sure that someone will be available to accept shipment at your PayPal address!

IMPORTANT: please notify the shipping company immediately if the parts damaged during the transportation and send an e-mail to us! We will not accept unauthorized returns! Please contact us whenever there is a need for adjustment!
You have the right to return the item if you don’t like them. The time frame is 30 days. Begin of that 30 day time frame is if the item is delivered at you. Returned parts must be in CLEAN, UNUSED and ORIGINAL condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging and received Carbon Parts US within 30 days after you got the package. Please notice point 5-8 below! For used parts they must be in the condition you have got it.
Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. No C.O.D. refunds accepted! Damaged items must be returned within 5 days after you received the package and the following restrictions:

1. all products must be returned in original condition including packaging, instructions and hardware.
1.1 please keep your invoice and complete the return reason questionnaire and include it in the return package.
1.2 before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package
2. No refunds or exchange on any part that has been modified or painted.
3. no returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items, electronic products or body kits.
4. returning a product that you later found to be the wrong one shipped after you tried installing its not grounds for a return. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can rectify the situation.
5. all returns must be shipped freight prepaid from the buyer. We only pay the shipping cost back to your address.
6. all return packages must be send back with the USPS or Canadian postal service!!! For other countries as USA or Canada you must use the cheapest way to returning.
7. Fill out a LOW CUSTOM DECLARATION (max. $30 because of the damaged part!) and leave a note in the part note field for example: DAMAGED ITEM (…the part which is defective) DURING THE TRANSPORTATION, BACK TO SENDER FOR EXCHANGE!
8. if you ignore point 5-7 we must charge you a fee of 50% from the part you ordered to cover our costs.
9. any products returned to us that not our own is an act of malice and fraud! Some items (and eventually all) contain hidden security identifiers which must be intact when we receive the product. We will not replace or return the product if it’s being passed off as one of our own or does not contain the marking. We will report such actions the postal service (for mail fraud) and any applicable local law enforcement. The item sent to us will be disposed of without further recompense.
10. If a part is not more available or have changed then you get your payment back only.

Before shipping of return package please ask us for a return shipping address and we will provide the closest return shipping address to you. 


The warranty applying to these parts are those that may be offered by the manufacturers as limited warranties, for new parts only! If the product has a warranty writes us an email and we let you know. In most cases all new parts have 1 year manufacturer warranty. The buyer shall not be entitled to recover from  iCustomStore any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profit, loss of income, or any other incidental or secondary damages. Please check your local laws and research the part you wish to purchase to insure they are the correct items you want to purchase. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Parts must be installed by a certified technician. “Do it yourself” installation are not recommended. All warranties and/or guarantees are voided if products have not been installed properly by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the product(s).  iCustomStore is not responsible for labor charges due the incorrect installation or fault or defective parts. Please inspect items carefully before installation.  Installation by a Professional Body Shop or Tuning Service Company is Highly Recommended.

In the event that we don't happen to have one or more of your items in stock, we will notify you right away via e-mail, at which point we will let you know how long it will be before we can ship your items. All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item. We will keep in constant communication with you in order to keep you up to speed on the current status of your orders!

Please note that products descriptions and photographs used on our online shop are examples only. Actual item may differ. Most of our items are designed for European car and it can be a problem to install them on non European cars. Check before you order with your local laws and your certified technician if the item can be installed on your car and if it is legal to install and/or drive with them. If you not sure that it is legal or that you can install these parts then do not order parts from us.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity:
Customers assumes all liability and risk arising from the ordering, purchase, use or installation of the parts that are purchased from  iCustomStore shall not liable for any damages to any person or property arising out of or in connection with the use or installation.  iCustomStore is not responsible for any damages or claims arising out of a delay in the processing or shipment of any order. By purchasing products from  iCustomStore, customer is acknowledging that it agrees to accept this Limitation of Liability and these Terms and Conditions.
